How game shows is tested before it reaches a UK casino

Every game offered by a UK-licensed casino is tested before release by an approved independent test house. For software games the laboratory examines the random number generator and checks that the maths of the game produces the return it claims. Once a game is live, the operator must monitor its actual payout against the expected figure and investigate if the two drift apart. The Gambling Commission can require a game to be withdrawn. None of this applies at an unlicensed site, where the fairness of game shows rests on trust alone.

If something goes wrong during a game

A lost connection does not lose your stake: licensed games record each round on the provider's server, and an interrupted round is either completed or refunded under the game's published rules. Those rules also say that a malfunction voids all pays and plays. If you believe a game has paid incorrectly, take a screenshot, note the time and the round, and raise it with the casino. If you are not satisfied after eight weeks, the dispute resolution service named in its terms will look at it without charge.
