Casumo began in 2012 and is based in Malta. The point that matters most for a trust check is the change of licence holder: the British site was operated by Casumo Services Limited until that licence was surrendered in November 2023, and is now operated by Recro Limited.

Both of the brand's fines were against the earlier company. That does not erase them: the brand, the site and much of the business continued. It does mean the current licence holder's own record is short.
